A Crystal Energy session can help your understand your body and mind. It helps your receive guidance, find answers within, connect better with your own heart and your own path.

During the session, I will guide you into a meditation and place crystals on and/ or around your body and the various Chakras (Energy Centres) to balance the energy. The session will be based on a consultation with you after understanding what your body needs.
